I will host it and I will make a burrito bar... Shredded beef burritos and all the fixins (lettuce, tomoatos. cheese, refried beans, sour cream!  Someone else in my cabin can be the Margarita King or Queen and bring the fixins for that.  Any takers?

Molly, we do grow our own, beef and pork.  Usually from bottle baby dairy calves. We have lambs also but I've not learned to cook that, so have not put any in the freezer.  I have great beef, wonderful country sausage and italian sausage both loose. We just got the bacon and hams back and a different place smoked it not sure how it taste yet.  Just let me know what you want me to bring and how much.
